I am a freelance journalist and creative travelling full-time as a digital nomad.

Reporting on a broad range of issues but specialising in health, sex and relationships, I regularly contribute to Healthline and write copy for the travel company Bookaway.

After several years as a press agency journalist producing media packages for streaming sites and for distribution to global digital and print publications, I’m well-versed in covering hard-hitting topics with a sensitive eye. I thrive on adapting my writing style to fit any medium and platform, particularly excelling at feature and copywriting.

I am also an ACET-accredited sex educator passionate about highlighting taboo subjects and demystifying the world of sex, particularly the intersections of disability, trauma, and LGBTQ+ sex.

Previously, I freelanced as an editor for EachOther UK and JournoResources and managed press relations for charities like Scleroderma and Raynaud’s UK. My work inspired two columns: one for The Unwritten entitled ‘Disabled and Sexual’ and another as a guest columnist for DailyDot’s ex-platform Cashmere Magazine. I also write SEO blogs and deep-dive features on a broad range of topics for publications like Cosmopolitan UK and Refinery 29 UK.

I have produced short-form documentaries for global brands and platforms, including writing detailed edit scripts and assisting on set for shoot days. I am also an accomplished speaker and media trainer, hosting several successful journalism-themed workshops and delivering media training to charity ambassadors.

I thrive on applying my own experiences of chronic illness, disability, and complex trauma to my work, producing personal essays and intertwining my experiences with others in deep-dive features.

My work has appeared on numerous global platforms and publications, such as Cosmopolitan UK, BBCThree, Refinery29UK, Insider, Dazed, the Telegraph, iNews, and Metro UK. I also acted as Editor for the human rights charity Each Other UK.
